What We Do

Our Hud-Certified Housing Counselors work with individuals and families facing economic hardships that may be homeless or facing eviction due to nonpayment of rent. They counsel those in mortgage default to decrease the possibility of foreclosure. We offer First Time Homebuyer classes 3-4 times a year. The purpose of the Housing Counseling program is to provide one on one counseling to help individuals/families arrive at solutions that fix or prevent housing issues. We help with a budget plan, and may refer to other resources, when eligible financial assistance may be provided.
